2 lbs regular sausage, browned, drained and crumbled

1 lb Bacon, fried and crumbled

12 slices bread, cubed

2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

8 Large eggs

4 cups milk

1 cup Original GUNSHOT Sauce®


Layer a 9 x 13 casserole dish with half of the cubed bread.  Top with half the sausage, half the bacon, half the cheese.  Repeat layering with the remaining bread, sausage, bacon and cheese.

In a large bowl beat eggs.  Add milk and GUNSHOT Sauce® and whisk together until thoroughly combined.

Pour the wet mixture evenly over the bread mixture in the casserole dish.

Bake immediately at 325 degree for approximately 1 hour or until set.  (the middle should not be soupy).


Cover and refrigerate overnight.  Remove from fridge, put in cold oven, set temp to 325 and bake for  one hour or until all the liquid is gone and casserole is set.

It should be puffy and light brown on top.
