GUNSHOT BABY BACK RIBS
Ingredients:
- 5 LBS Baby Back Ribs
- 1 2/3 Cup GUNSHOT Sauce®
- 2 Baking dishes (9″ x 13″ or similar)
- Aluminum Foil
Orange/Lemon Sauce:
- 1¼ Cup Ketchup
- 2/3 Cup GUNSHOT Sauce®
- 1/3 Cup Orange Juice
- 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
Directions:
1. Marinade ribs in 1 cup GUNSHOT Sauce® for 2-24hrs.
2. Place ribs in foil lined baking dishes and bake for 45min at 425 deg F.
3. Remove from oven and pour off juices.
4. Baste with Orange/Lemon sauce.
5. Cover with foil and place back in oven for 1 1/2 hr at 350 deg F.
6. For the final 30 min, remove foil and baste with Orange/Lemon sauce every 10 min.
