Ingredients

    • 1 (15oz) can Black Beans (drained)
    • 1 (15oz) can Black Eyed Peas (drained)
    • 1 (15oz) can White Hominy (drained)
    • 1 (15oz) can Garbonzo Beans (drained) (aka Chick Peas)
    • 1 medium tomato (diced)
    • 1/2 red onion (diced)
    • 1 medium green pepper (diced)
    • 2-3 spring onions (chopped)
    • 1Tbsp dried parsley
    • 1Tbsp minced garlic
    • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
    • 2/3 cup Gunshot® Sauce
    • 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • Red Pepper Flakes or Jalapeno (diced) Optional to taste

Preparation

 Whisk together the GUNSHOT Sauce and Olive Oil in a bowl.  Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl.  Mix in the GUNSHOT Sauce and Olive Oil until it is evenly combined.  Cover and refrigerate for one hour or overnight.  Serve with corn or tortilla chips.
